Man Group is a global alternative investment management firm seeking a Compliance Associate in New York. The role involves conducting compliance testing, maintaining databases, and assisting with regulatory filings.
Requirements
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual compliance testing and monitoring
- Create and maintain databases and checklists for the Legal and Compliance team workflow
- Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings and run various email review processes
- Open new funds and counterparty accounts
- Document management and recordkeeping
- Ad hoc projects in coordination with priorities across the firm
- Operational and administrative tasks
