System Engineer

Man Group is seeking an experienced System Engineer to join their End User Engineering team. The role involves building and maintaining automation frameworks, working with cutting-edge technologies at scale, and supporting business-as-usual activities.

Requirements

• Experience supporting End User platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Slack
• Exposure to identity management and associated technologies (Active Directory, Entra ID)
• Experience supporting End User clients such as Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices
• Proficiency with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting/programming languages (Python, Go, PowerShell)
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across distributed systems
• Awareness of security best practices, and infrastructure architecture patterns
• Embracing agentic engineering — willingness and ability to work effectively with AI-assisted development tools as part of daily workflow
