Serviceberater (m/w/d)

The Service Advisor will provide technical advice to customers, carry out dialog consultations and vehicle diagnoses, and coordinate repair duration with customers and vehicle return. The role involves administrative tasks, maintenance of work safety and orderliness, and customer communication.

Requirements

• Completed training as a service advisor or technical training in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle technology and master's degree
• Relevant work experience as a master/service advisor is an advantage
• Good computer skills (MS-Office, SAP, ESA, TKP) and high IT affinity
