Requirements

• Familiarity with and application of our visual merchandising standards.
• Fast response to the dismantling, rebuilding and modification of decorations in our stores.
• Optimization of sales area with key data and probabilistic calculations analyzed properly.
• Understanding of our business profile and immediate response to sales results with solutions to increase the commercial appeal of the store.
• Identification of customer profile, potential products, and competitors' commercial strategies.
• Communicative discussions with the team about new products, merchandising changes, and providing good advice on faulty items.
• Continuous support for management in solving various leadership tasks.
