Job Description
The New York County District Attorney's Office (DANY) is seeking a Senior Rackets Investigator to join the Worker Protection Unit and Construction Fraud Task Force. This role involves investigating wage theft, construction fatalities, and workplace safety hazards, collaborating with communities and agencies, and ensuring vulnerable populations are protected. The investigator will work on long-term and short-term investigations, with supervision and independent judgment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (NYS driver’s license)
- Must pass NY State police academy and background check
- Medical exam, drug test, psychological screening, and intensive background check
- Must have been in the racket/police investigative work for at least one year
- Fluent in YYZ
- Must have 1 year of experience in rackets/police investigative work
