Chief Marketing Officer (all genders)

As our new Chief Marketing Officer, you will develop and oversee the entire marketing strategy for Maniko - from performance marketing to brand building and international expansion. You will build a high-performance marketing team, manage a multi-million dollar budget, and ensure that our brand grows sustainably in e-commerce and retail.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods
• 5+ years of leadership experience with proven successes in building and developing marketing teams
• Proven successes in brand building, positioning, and campaign development with measurable business impact
