Client Advisor

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our client's Global Real Estate team in Malta, responsible for account management, client onboarding, risk placements, and administrative support.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience handling property & casualty or real estate lines, either in broking or underwriting
• Working towards or holding a Diploma in Insurance (CII) or equivalent
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of an additional European language is an advantage
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel to the UK
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent time management, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain professional business relationships
• Sound judgement in knowing when to work independently and when to involve team members
• Strong presentation skills
• Professional negotiation and persuasion skills
• Understanding of regulatory controls and procedures applicable to insurance brokers
• High attention to detail and strong motivation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software applications
