Network Engineer

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Engineer to join their team based out of Chantilly, VA. The role involves providing hands-on experience and expertise in the installation and management of public and/or private networks, evaluating new communications technologies, and analyzing and developing new hardware requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, focus on network, Cisco routers and switch configurations, LAN/WAN Management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on experience and expertise in the installation and management of public and/or private networks such as Internet protocol (IP) networks, wide area networks (WANs), switches, routers (Cisco), and troubleshooting servers and networks to provide maximum performance
• Clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally to deliver updates; briefings; or interface with co-workers; leadership as well as customer
• Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making to include experience in Customer Service
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Productivity applications
