Network Specialist

Join MANTECH as a Network Specialist and support the United States Air Force's 53rd Wing Technical Support Services (53rd WTSS) contract. As a motivated and customer-oriented individual, you will research and develop solutions to issues that arise in daily operations, provide Tier 2 and 3 supports for network testing and operations, and manage network local test environment including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, CUCM, and VOIP phones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university
• 2+ years direct/related experience
• Active / valid DoD 8570.01-M IAT-II or higher certification
• Working knowledge of CISCO network and switching and virtualization technologies
• Working knowledge of Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies and data backup technologies
• Working knowledge communication security (COMSEC) policies and integration
• Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework, Common Criteria, and System Security Policy as they relate to assessments and authorization
• Working knowledge and current relevant experience with PL2 and PL3 network environments/systems
