Project Manager

Role Overview

Join MANTECH as a Project Manager to contribute to the evolution of warfighter readiness in the Navy's Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) program. This is an onsite position in Norfolk, VA. As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate project scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimating, and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include leading project development from beginning to end, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, determining if external consultants or contractors are needed, and daily management and coordination of all technical and logistical aspects of a project.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a motivated, career and customer-oriented individual with 7+ years of relevant Project Management experience. PMP Certification and prior experience with Navy and Navy Continuous Training Environment program are preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 7+ years of relevant Project Management experience
• Experience with planning and developing project schedule
• Experience with resource management
• Experience with managing cost, schedule, and performance
