Job description
Join a dynamic team dedicated to national security through cutting-edge technology. As a Senior Program Manager, you will serve as a Strategic Leader and Mission Partner, guiding the program's technical strategy, managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of contractors and subcontractors.
Plan, staff, budget, and direct one or more high-priority projects; ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance management. Lead the gathering of pre- and post-implementation facts to document Business Cases; obtain customer validation for outcomes achieved and translate technical milestones into tangible ROI for leadership reporting.
10+ years of demonstrated capability in the overall management of multitask projects, specifically managing federal customers and large, demanding initiatives. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. PMP certification (Required).
