We are hiring a Head of SEO with 5+ years experience to help drive the growth of MANUAL from an organic perspective. This role is a great opportunity to make a huge difference to the growth of one of the most successful health-tech startups in Europe.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience working in SEO, helping to either develop or lead on a well-defined SEO strategy.
- Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and strong experience in Content SEO and knowledge of technical SEO.
- Strong analytical skills and attention-to-detail
- Excellent knowledge of working with SEO tools.
- You take full ownership of your KPIs and care deeply about delivering successful results.
- Strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate timelines and expectations to a high standard.
- You have a creative eye, and understand what good UX looks like, and are able to spot what great content looks like vs mediocre.
- You have a commercial side to you, and are able to measure and understand the impact of your work vs key business metrics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (both written and verbal). The ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional colleagues, across medical, legal, creative, growth, product, etc. is key.
- You are action-oriented and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments, demonstrating a proactive approach and a track record of turning vision into reality.
- You are comfortable with balancing multiple responsibilities and are willing to be hands-on. This is a hybrid role which combines strategy and execution.
- Extremely driven, curious, and ambitious, with a huge appetite for personal growth
- Experience working in the medical/healthcare industry is preferable.
