Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology roles
• Proven experience leading a technology practice, domain, or capability area
• Strong technical depth with the ability to engage credibly in architecture, design, and delivery discussions
• Experience operating at scale across distributed teams, vendors, and geographies
• Demonstrated success in talent development, mentoring, and organizational leadership
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership levels
• Experience working with trading, collateral management, and investment accounting systems
