Job Description
The Maples Group is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will support the Banking and Finance Team and will be responsible for a range of tasks including preparing formation documents, drafting agreements, and liaising with clients and foreign offices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years' relevant banking and finance paralegal experience
- Ability to work under pressure, handling high volume of instructions from lawyers
- Flexible and willing to learn, good team player and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in spoken and written form of English and Chinese
