System Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of practical experience in systems administration and is comfortable working both independently and alongside corporate IT teams.

What You Will Do

Support and maintain IT infrastructure, administer and maintain VMware virtualization environments, manage and administer Microsoft 365 tenant, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a systems administration or IT infrastructure support role
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure, including networking equipment, servers, and end-user hardware
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization and SAN administration
• Familiarity with enterprise backup solutions, preferably Veeam
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and data protection best practices
• Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
