The Food and Beverage Captain at The Westin Resort & Spa Cancún is responsible for coordinating and supervising daily service operations in the assigned food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experience and adherence to Marriott and hotel standards.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in similar positions
• High school diploma, desirable: technical or higher studies in Tourism
• English (B1, B2 level)
• Effective leadership and teamwork
• Organization and attention to detail
• Conflict resolution and decision-making on the floor
• Customer service excellence and proactive attitude
• Clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes
