The Housekeeper at The Westin Resort & Spa Cancun is responsible for ensuring that the pool, spa, and beach areas have efficient towel and furniture service, while also ensuring cleanliness, order, and cordial treatment of guests.
Requirements
- Deliver, register, and recover towels in a controlled manner for guests and owners.
- Maintain the towel service area always clean, organized, and stocked.
- Support the placement, organization, and cleaning of loungers, umbrellas, and furniture in pools, spas, and beaches.
- Ensure that the resort's towel and furniture usage norms are respected.
- Coordinate with the laundry department to provide timely clean towels and report shortages.
- Provide basic information on pool, spa, and beach services, or channel requests to the corresponding departments.
- Report incidents, maintenance needs, or special situations to the immediate supervisor.
- Support the logistics of special activities in recreational areas when required.
- Comply at all times with the hotel's hygiene and safety protocols.
