Assistant Director of Finance

Develops and implements property-wide financial strategies, provides financial expertise, and executes a business plan to deliver desirable financial results. Leads a finance and accounting team, communicates financial concepts, and manages property working capital and cash flow.

Requirements

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 1 year experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area.
• Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.
• Assists in conducting strategic planning and decision making, leading a finance and accounting team, anticipating and delivering on the needs of key stakeholders, developing and maintaining finance and accounting goals, managing projects and policies, and managing and conducting human resource activities.
