Job Description
Join the Mars Young Professionals program as a Junior Continuous Improvement Specialist. Work in the Continuous Improvement department, implementing improvements and digitalizing production in the Sochaczew dry food factory. Gain experience and skills in project management, data analysis, and Lean tools.
Requirements
- students of technical courses related to engineering or production management
- knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology, VSM, 5S
- creative approach to problem-solving
- fluent in English
- first experience in the production industry in the Production / Lean department, up to 5 years
