Marsh is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join their team in Dubai and support their business through strategic and operational HR leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR business partner or HR management role, preferably within a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and local employment regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism
- Experience in organizational change management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple locations and cultures
