Business Insurance Sr. Client Manager

Role Overview

As a Business Insurance Sr. Client Manager, you will partner with producers to support sales efforts, manage client accounts, and provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering purposeful work and meaningful impact. The role requires 7+ years of insurance experience, with a focus on middle market clients, and a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling account management tasks, providing coverage analysis and risk management recommendations, negotiating coverage and pricing, and preparing proposals. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate management of the full life cycle renewal process, partnership, and handling of cancellations.

Requirements

• 7+ years insurance experience in an agency or brokerage environment focusing on middle market clients
• 5+ years demonstrated knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance
• High School Diploma required and Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience is preferred, designations encouraged
• Effective negotiation skills and placement process management expertise
• Property & Casualty License
• Proficiency with agency management software (Sagitta, Image Right)
