VP Product Platform

Masabi is a company that drives the fare payment revolution, powering journeys of millions worldwide. They are hiring a VP Product Platform to shape the next stage of their technology, including mobile ticketing, payments, and enterprise-grade SaaS offering. The role will involve leading strategy, roadmap, and team of product managers and BAs to deliver dependable, scalable, and commercially meaningful capabilities for cities and agencies. The company is remote-first and open to candidates based in Canada in the Eastern Time Zone only.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in product at a highly senior level, owning complex platforms or multi-product portfolios
• Background in at least one of the following: payments, transit or mobility, fintech, or integration-heavy B2B SaaS
• Proven experience with enterprise or public sector customers, including RFPs, SLAs and complex delivery environments
• Experience leading teams of eight plus people across multiple products or programmes
• A track record of driving commercial impact, such as revenue growth, adoption or margin improvement
