Job Description
The Department of Revenue is seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to join the Procurement Team. The Analyst will perform encumbering activity, procure commodities and services, and provide technical assistance.
Requirements
- Four years of full-time, or equivalent part-time professional experience buying supplies, materials, equipment and/or services for government and/or large institutions or firms with substantial annual purchasing expenditures
- At least two years of experience assisting in developing buying procedures, writing purchasing policy and guidelines and/or providing technical or supervisory direction to buyers
- Ability to use the Massachusetts Management & Accounting Reports System (MMARS), COMMBUYS and CLM, and ANF-IT Procurement Application
