We are seeking a Business Development Director to drive new business strategies and hunt end customer business with channel partners. The role requires initiative, competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of sales experience in ICT and Telecoms, a channel sales background, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 15+ years of Sales Experience in ICT and Telecoms
- Channel sales background, including hunting of new business
- Ability to hit sales target
- Demonstrable experience selling into large system integrators and manager services providers
- Good education - minimum A-Levels or equivalent with strong literacy and numeracy
- Excellent communications skills both technical and non-technical
- 'Tower selling' up to board level
- Critical thinking and problem solving
