Technische Service Representative

Become our new colleague on the Service desk team and help us provide our customers with the best service experience! As a Technical Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, working with a team of 10 Service Representatives, 45 Service Engineers, and the Service Manager to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• MBO work/thinking level
• Relevant work experience in a customer service role
• Technical/mechanical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• High level of customer focus and stress resistance
• Problem-solving skills and decisiveness
• Mentality of a top athlete
