Job Description
As the Plant Manager, you will lead the full operational performance of our manufacturing facility—ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and financial discipline are consistently achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership of safety‐focused operations
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement programs
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Strategic problem-solving and data‐driven decision-making skills
- Proven ability to develop talent, lead teams, and drive operational performance
- Excellent communication, leadership presence, and commitment to integrity
