3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial/Engineering discipline

High school diploma, 1-2 years of experience, and ability to operate tools and equipment

University degree and 3-5 years of related experience required

5+ years of HR experience, Associate degree in Business or HR, 1+ year of unionized environment experience

High school diploma or equivalent, previous manufacturing experience, and experience handling mechanical measuring equipment required

Experience in software engineering, familiarity with distributed systems and APIs, and a passion for solving complex problems

1+ yr MFG experience preferred. Strong safety mindset, basic computer skills, and physical ability to work in a plant environment. Must pass background check

Post-secondary education in a related field, 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required

High School Diploma required; 1–2 years of supervisory experience required
