Yard Person

Reporting to the Production Manager and working closely with the Crane Operator, the Jr. Rigger assists in shipping, receiving, and storing of products, materials, and supplies, and performs various duties to maintain the yard and warehouse.

Requirements

• High school diploma is required
• Minimum 1 year of rigging experience is required
• Minimum 2 years general related experience or previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required
• Previous experience training individuals on manufacturing job tasks
• Ability to learn how to operate necessary tools and equipment
• Effective listening and strong communication skills
• Highly organized and detail orientated
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
