Production Supervisor - Night Shift

Production Supervisor - Night Shift job at Mauser Packaging Solutions. Provides leadership and training to accomplish production objectives. Coordinates production activities with other departments. Works with the operations team to ensure vacancies are covered.

Requirements

• Injection Molding experience required
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management a plus
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification a plus
• Previous experience working in a Lean environment
• Self-directed team player
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work multiple shifts
