Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist II

Role Overview

As an Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Operations Specialist II, you will work independently and alongside your teammates to ensure a safe and positive experience for our riders, Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs), and customers by coordinating daily logistics as well as supporting our Autonomous Vehicles during operations.

What You Will Do

Ensure that operations during each shift follow rigorous safety guidelines, follow daily protocols and track site performance metrics, become an expert in collecting and reporting feedback on mechanical and vehicle-related issues, and collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and handle escalations.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a fast-adapting and customer-focused environment
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
