Product Manager (Radio Frequency)

Maybell Quantum is a venture-backed quantum hardware innovator looking for a Product Manager with deep technical expertise in microwave and cryogenic systems and a proven product leadership track record.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 7+ years of professional experience in RF/microwave hardware development, with at least 4+ years in cryogenic or quantum device contexts
• Proven ability to design, model, and validate RF/microwave components and transmission lines using industry-standard CAD/EDA tools (like HFSS, Altium, etc.)
• Proven experience in product ownership or leadership, including roadmap planning and cross-functional execution
• Deep expertise in RF measurement and characterization, including S-parameters, noise figure, and thermal performance in cryogenic environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to represent the product and team internally and externally
• Self-starter with proven ability to drive results independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
