Director of Development

Mazzoni Center seeks an experienced Director of Development to lead and grow a diversified fundraising program, combining hands-on major gifts fundraising with strategic leadership across individual giving, grants, corporate support, special events, and volunteer-driven fundraising.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-year fundraising strategy.
• Lead all fundraising efforts, including major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation support, and events.
• Manage a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects, including six-figure gifts.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors in partnership with leadership, board members, physicians, and volunteers.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and support Board fundraising efforts.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Development team and oversee the department budget.
• Oversee grant prospecting, submissions, and stewardship.
• Track and report fundraising performance, goals, and metrics to leadership and the Board.
