Job description
MBDA Italia is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Finance Department in Rome. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or Industrial Engineering and 3-5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in economic management, project and risk management, and knowledge of IAS principles (IFRS15).
Prepare budget plans, monthly accounts, and analyze discrepancies. Monitor economic and financial management of contracts. Identify changes in profitability and support Project Managers in cost evaluations.
The Financial Controller will work in a multinational and inter-functional context, requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and result-oriented skills.
