Job Description
The Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for leading the project team in the Mechanical portions of the project, ensuring quality and timely completion of the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 3+ Years of Experience in highly complex mechanical and plumbing construction projects
- Advanced knowledge of complex mechanical systems and means/methods of installation
- Understanding of plumbing and mechanical code and installation practices
- Experience dealing with and managing subcontracts
- Experience leading successful project teams
