Corporate Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) Advisor

We're looking for a Regional HSE Advisor to champion our mission of workplace safety and shape the future of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) at McElhanney. This role requires a minimum 5 years of experience in an OHS role and strong technical knowledge of OHS hazards, regulations, and best practices. The successful candidate will work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate with McElhanney’s HSE team members and operational teams to deliver system-driven and people-centered solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an OHS role
• Strong technical knowledge of OHS hazards, regulations, and best practices related to construction or other high-risk industries
• Attention to detail, and an ability to work well in a team environment
• Comfortable with AI and technology, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and strong technical writing skills
• Champion's Spirit – To work independently with minimal supervision and to walk with your team through changes and ambiguous situations
