MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We're hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide outstanding support in both English and Portuguese.
Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Portuguese, translate and communicate clearly across both languages, assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries, maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Ideal candidates are highly motivated and dedicated, with bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese, excellent listening and interpersonal skills, ability to work flexible shifts, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred.
