We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support inbound customer service.
Handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot customer disputes, process payments, and assist callers with process-related inquiries professionally. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound contacts, listening to customers, and resolving customer issues.
