RFP Specialist

Role Overview

MCI is hiring an RFP Specialist to lead proposal development for enterprise and B2B clients. The role requires strong writing and project management skills. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and dedicated, with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, and 2 years of experience in B2B proposal or bid management.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include reviewing RFPs, tailoring responses to client needs, collaborating with SMEs, writing, editing, and formatting persuasive proposals, managing timelines, maintaining a repository of case studies and templates, and tracking proposal success.

Requirements

• Experience with proposal tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) is a plus
