Sally's Apizza is hiring a Kitchen Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and manage a team of kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within a full-service restaurant kitchen and possess strong culinary skills, including knowledge of food safety and computer skills.

• High school or GED equivalent
• Formal culinary training or associate degree in culinary arts (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role within a full-service restaurant kitchen
• ServeSafe Certified
