2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within a full-service restaurant kitchen, high school or GED equivalent, and formal culinary training or associate degree in culinary arts (preferred)

High school or GED equivalent, formal culinary training preferred, 1 year of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant kitchen, ServeSafe certification required

High school or GED equivalent, 2-3 years in a leadership role, ServeSafe Certified

8-10 years of experience as an accomplished Chef with formal culinary training or associate degree in culinary arts

High school or GED equivalent, minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role, ServeSafe Certified

5 years of proven success as a leader in restaurant operations, financial acumen, and ability to interpret reporting

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or equivalent experience in related field. 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and personnel matters

3+ years of IT experience, proficiency in Microsoft 365, strong documentation and communication skills

3-5 years of Sales or Business Development experience, 2 years of Recruiter experience, Bachelor's Degree preferred

5+ years of restaurant management experience, previous experience with food and beverage operations, and ServeSafe certification
