Job Description
As a Kitchen Manager, you will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, manage kitchen staff, and ensure quality, consistency, and hygiene. You will also be responsible for food costs, training, and development of kitchen staff.
Requirements
- High school or GED equivalent
- Formal culinary training or associate degree in culinary arts (preferred but not required)
- Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role within a full-service restaurant kitchen
- Certifications: ServeSafe Certified
