Job Description
The position of Patient Care Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role within the Operating Room, requiring an RN with SC license. The role involves creating individualized nursing care plans, managing labor and patient safety, and ensuring compliance with unit standards and policies. The successful candidate will oversee work and utilize health and safety equipment in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. They will also be responsible for fiscal responsibility and employee management.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid SC license
- Must possess, or obtain within one year of hire, Advanced Resuscitative Certification appropriate to their patient population
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
