Retail Store Manager

McMahon's Best-One is a family-owned company looking for a Retail Store Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating employees, performing management functions, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities
• Monitor work levels and review performance
• Recommend personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, discharges, and discipline
• Conduct or arrange for employee training
• Greet customers and ascertain customer needs/desires
• Compute sales prices, total purchases, and process payments
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges, and returns, and security practices
• Inventory and requisition materials and supplies
• Meet with vendors and suppliers regarding service products
• Oversee completion of work, using equipment such as hand tools or gauges to verify compliance with standards
