Job Description
MDI Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine Residency Director to lead and maintain a high-quality residency program. The Director will ensure program alignment with ACGME standards, foster a supportive environment, and integrate with community partners to enhance training in rural family medicine. The role requires strategic leadership, operational management, and a commitment to rural healthcare.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with current board certification in Family Medicine.
- Current Maine MD license.
- Member in good standing of the Active Medical Staff.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
