Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Zone Manager to help lead our MECCA Dunedin store in NZ. As a Zone Manager, you will support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store, leading from the front and driving success through strong communication and upskilling the team.
Requirements
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
