Requirements

• 5+ years of previous residential experience.
• At least 3 years’ management experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of installation and technical aspects of the trade.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bilingual preferred.
