Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team, providing comprehensive care to patients with heart-related conditions in a nationwide network of advanced practice providers and specialty clinicians.

Requirements

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations, medical histories, and diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with cardiologists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular conditions
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Conduct cardiac stress tests, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and other diagnostic procedures
• Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, preventive measures, and the importance of medication adherence
• Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and their families
• Document accurate medical records to ensure compliance with OSHA and Government regulations and perform duties in accordance with site quality and safety systems
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Analyze and organize the care of critically complex patients
