The Human Resources Intern will provide fundamental support for the daily operations of Human Resources in Bogotá, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include internal customer service, operational management of new arrivals, compliance and data security, and analytical reporting.

Requirements

• Technical, Technological, or University-level degree in Administrative Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related areas, with certification to begin an internship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Colombian labor legislation and general HR practices.
• Smooth handling of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Slides).
• Extreme rigor in handling dates and contractual data.
• Proven ability to manage highly confidential information.
