Monks is seeking a seasoned Strategy Director or Group Strategy Director to lead the strategic vision for one of the world’s most visible tech clients. The role involves defining the user experience, orchestrating the journey, and persuading leadership with clear articulation of the user experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Strategy, UX Strategy, or Experience Strategy
- Marketing DNA: You have worked at digital agencies where the website was treated as a primary marketing channel
- Proven Pitch Experience: You have led or played a key role in winning pitches for large-scale digital projects
- Expert proficiency in Keynote/Google Slides
- Strong grasp of UX Fundamentals (IA, Wireframing concepts, User Research)
- Ability to connect UX improvements to Marketing KPIs (Engagement, Conversion, Sentiment)
