Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Subscription Business
- Experience with opening rates, click-through rates, and bounces (a plus)
- Analytical skills and a good sense for group communication
- Strong communication skills with both live events and email
- Prior experience in community management or account management (a plus)
- Prior experience in premium segments (a plus)
